Spiced sweet potato wedges

Cumin, coriander and a little yogurt coat these orange wedges. They make a soft-centered side for chicken, beans or a burger.

  1. Step 1

    Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub the sweet potatoes and cut into evenly sized wedges.

  2. Step 2

    Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and spices. Toss with the wedges until lightly coated.

  3. Step 3

    Oil a rimmed baking sheet and spread the wedges in one layer with space between them.

  4. Step 4

    Roast for 30–40 minutes, turning once, until the centers are tender and the edges color. Finish with salt and cilantro.
