Local recipe controls

Ingredient checkboxes work in the page and are not submitted to this site. The print button opens your browser’s print dialog. The site does not include a registration form or a comments database.

The calculator runs in an isolated browser frame. Height, weight, age and formula inputs are not submitted to our server or analytics. Only the calculated daily calorie estimate is carried to the dinner page and kept in this tab for up to 30 minutes. Your food selections disappear when you reload.
