    Heat a grill to medium-high. Put each ear of corn on a large sheet of heavy-duty foil.

  2. Step 2

    Add 1 tablespoon water to each ear and fold the foil into a sealed packet.

  3. Step 3

    Grill for 20–30 minutes, turning the packets several times, until the kernels are tender.

  4. Step 4

    Open carefully to release the steam. Brush with melted butter and season with salt.
