Tomato, pepper and avocado salsa

    Combine the tomatoes, peppers, onion, cilantro and garlic in a bowl.

    Add the lime juice and a little hot sauce and salt. Stir and taste.

  3. Step 3

    Fold in the avocado gently just before serving, then adjust the lime juice if needed.
