Summer fruit salad with lime and ginger

Peaches, berries, grapes and banana get a light fruit-juice dressing. Ripe fruit supplies most of the sweetness; taste before adding sugar.

    Put the peaches, strawberries and grapes in a large bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Whisk the lime juice, pineapple juice and ginger. Pour over the fruit and fold gently.

  3. Step 3

    Cover and refrigerate until serving. Add freshly sliced banana and toss again.

  4. Step 4

    Taste before adding any sugar. Serve in small bowls with a little of the collected juice.
